If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at orders@ontherockstudio.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping & International Orders

Shipping will depend on available stock. The average delivery period for each country:

Portugal and Spain:

  • Mainland Portugal and Spain (2 to 4 business days)
  • Azores and Madeira (3 to 5 business days)
  • Spanish Islands (3 to 5 business days)

Europe:

  • Express Service (2 to 5 business days)
  • Standard Service (2-9 business days)

North America (USA, Canada and Mexico):

  • Express Service (2 to 4 business days)
  • Standard Service (2-10 business days)

Australia:

  • Express Service (2 to 4 business days)
  • Standard Service (2-10 business days) 

Rest of the World - All other countries:

  • Express Service (2 to 6 business days)
  • Standard Service (2-10 business days)

Note: Users are responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination. Such expenses may apply in accordance with the local law. All products purchased on our website are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country.

Return Policy:

Can I turn my order?

Yes you can. On The Rocks will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 30 days of purchase.

Once we have received your original order, we will process your refund. The amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used for payment.

Returns Domestic Orders, EU and International:

We will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

To return your item(s):

  1. Return your item(s) by printing out a shipping label sent to you after contacting orders@ontherockstudio.com and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Your refund will be initiated after we have received and checked your original order.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
