Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes you can. On The Rocks will gladly accept exchanges and returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase.

Once we have received your original order, we will process your exchange or refund. The amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used for payment. If you paid by Multibanco, we will need your IBAN so that we can process your refund.

Returns Domestic Orders:

We will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

To return your item(s):

1. Return your item(s) by printing out a shipping label sent to you after contacting hello@ontherockstudio.com and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Mail back your order within one week of receiving the return label.

3. Your refund will be initiated after we have received and checked your original order.

Exchanges: 

On The Rocks accepts exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase.

International Orders

Returns & Exchanges: 

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
